Sudah hampir lima bulan gak posting di blog, kalo ditanya kenapa banyak sih alasan tapi gak pentinglah dibahas. Ada beberapa oleh oleh dari aktivitas saya yg belum saya ceritakan.
Akhir tahun kemarin dikutsertakan Seminar Export Control di Hotel Borobudur yang diselenggarakan atas kerjasama Departemen Perdagangan Indonesia, CISTEC and METI Japan. Pembicaranya dari kedua negara tapi sayangnya mereka tidak menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Pembicara Dari Jepang menggunakan bahasa Jepang yang gak saya mengerti, Makalah yang mereka bagikan pun ditulis dalam bahasa kanji. Untungnya gratis coba kalo harus bayar tapi gak begitu memahami apa yang dibicarakan tapi untungnya lagi saya bersama seorang teman yang mengerti Nihonggo dan bersedia mentranslate secara garis besarnya
* Session I as below,
- How to control End Use and what mechanism on regime “catch all item” – the regime followed by most of western countries,
- How did the government control their reliance toward the goods maker, factory & custom in accordance with Export Control,
What kind of punishment/sanction for the violation did by the End User
- How to control of Masking Product, and so on.
* Also on Session II as below,
- Is there any “Denied Person List”? If any, how can METI control and guarantee that they are really denied persons?
- How are the Export Control Committee formed in OMRON? Are they capable to do their roles? and so on.
Note,
Compare to our activities of EC, I thought it’s not so different form of the organization of EC in OMRON and how to do it.
Ternyata di Panasonic have been doing and have good enough knowledge of EC in advanced. Anyway, some of the information of the seminar will be useful for me to add, enhance my knowledge in Export (import) issues and as the awareness for how to control it, also as a good comparison for our EC activities.
